Gymnastics Centre (KNB 70) - North Side Indoor Entrance

This option is best if doing pick-up / drop-off to/fron the Gymastics Centre from the NORTH side of campus.

	Parking	Lot 11 is recommended, as it is the only known flat-rate lot. Parking map GPS: 51°04'44.4"N 114°08'10.6"W Other lots are available but may charge per-hour, thus considerably more expensive. Other lots close by the KNB Building / pool location here: Parking overview map
	Parking cost	Parking rates for all lots vary erratically by season, day of week, and event schedules. At last check: $9 flat-rate for Lot 11: $6-$9 per hour for others. 	Payment	Pay machines are located in the various lots. Frequent parkers can use the ParkedIn app (Android, iOS) to pay online.
	Pick-up / Drop-off	Closest north side pick-up / drop-off location here: GPS: 51.078433°N 114.135958°W However, pick-up / drop-off from this location is not recommended, because the building entrances are a fair distance away, and it is not easy to find the stairwell that leads to the Gymnastic Centre itself (unless you already know where it is). For a better north-side pick-up / drop-off location, use the on-street pick-up/drop-off area north of the Oval here, or the South Side Outdoor alternative.
	Facility Location	Lower Level KNB 092, Kinesiology Complex University Ct NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4V8 Location Note: The Gymnastics Centre facility is in the basement of the building.
	Entrance	Special Note: This is the indoor entrance. For the outdoor entrance recommended by some clubs, see South Side Outdoor alternative. Entrance door is on the south side of the hall connecting the Olympic Oval and Kinesiology B. Entrance
	Wayfinding	Turn into lot, turn RIGHT. Park anywhere. Walk across the street towards the red arch. Pass under the red archway. Pathway arch Enter the doors in front of you. Entrance Turn left. Proceed down the hall, keeping an eye out for the entrance door on the right. Go through the door and down the stairs. At the bottom, head left under the sign saying Gymnastics Centre (KNB 70). Hall Sign The entrance is the unmarked doors at the end of the hallway. Gym entrance Walking map Note: is it often not allowed for athletes to enter without their coach. Please wait out in the hall if necessary.
	Viewing	There is no observation area inside the Gymastics Centre.
