	Wayfinding	As you drive in, take note of the building directly in front of you. That is the Rec Centre. Entrance Enter Short Term Lot #2, turn LEFT. Park as close to the MRU buildings as you can. Cross the street towards the MRU buildings. Go through the doors with the banner that says "MRU: Home of the Cougars". Tip: You may see the signs for the Child Care Centre. The Rec Centre entrance is to the right. Map to building Entrance Entrance 2 Go straight on to the central staircase; descend. Upper level map Entry / staircase If the schedule calls for dry-land exercises first: At the bottom of the stairs, to the RIGHT, is Multi-Purpose Room U133. This is usually used for strength and flexibility training. For other "U" room locations, click here. If the schedule calls for swimming first: At the bottom, bear LEFT, and ask the desk for entry. 	Viewing	Viewing is on the Upper level on wooden benches. If entering from the main entrance, turn right. If going up the pool stairs, bear left. Map Viewing area Viewing area 2
	Staying There	Seating: Concourse tables are open for use. Not usually busy. A few tables by the pillars have electrical outlets available. Note: during special events, the concourse tables might be cleared away. There are a variety of other seating areas, including by the Wright Theatre, which is halfway between the Rec Building and Wyckham House. Food & drink: There is a Jugo Juice by the viewing area, but it sometimes closes early. There is a Tim Hortons, on "Main Street". Be aware it often closes early and can be busy. The campus food court is in Wyckham House (2 min walk) and includes a Subway, Edo, Zen Vietnamese Grill and Dairy Queen. Be aware many/most will be closed during practice times, and various outlets often close early. MRU food services map (excludes Wyckham House) Other: There are no drop-in services at the Mount Royal Child Care Centre and no facilities for little ones.
	Notes	Wi-Fi is available throughout campus. If approaching from the north via Crowchild Trail, be aware there are back-to-back traffic circles (roundabouts) on the route back north. These can be extremely difficult to navigate after dark, or in poor weather. This pool is used by the Calgary Killarney Artistic Swim Club.
